Insight Matters Inc. is proud to announce that it has been awarded a grant from St. Luke’s Community Health Improvement Fund (CHIF) for 2024. The funding will support the organization’s ongoing efforts to promote mental health awareness and drug misuse prevention in the Four Rivers rural communities.
This grant will enable Insight Matters Inc. to continue its vital work in mental health education and prevention. Through community outreach programs, Insight Matters Inc. aims to reduce the stigma around mental health, empower individuals to seek help, and provide access to educational resources on substance misuse prevention.
“We are incredibly grateful to St. Luke’s CHIF for their generous support,” said Dr. Becky Wolery, President of Insight Matters Inc. “This funding allows us to continue reaching underserved populations with the information and support they need to make healthier choices and improve their mental well-being.”
With the support of the CHIF grant, Insight Matters Inc. will focus on enhancing its prevention education initiatives, including community workshops, public awareness campaigns, and resource distribution that aims to make mental health care more accessible to those in need.
