Suicide/Crisis Prevention

By providing support and resources to individuals at risk we are: 

  • Raising awareness about suicide and its warning signs.

  • Providing access to mental health services and crisis intervention.

  • Building social connections and support networks.

  • Promoting resilience and coping skills.

  • Reducing access to lethal means, such as firearms and certain medications.

  • Addressing stigma around mental health and suicide.

  • Training gatekeepers, such as teachers, healthcare providers, and first responders, to identify and respond to individuals at risk of suicide.

 Our community mental health presentations/workshops are educational events that are designed to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues within our local community. Led by mental health professionals, provide valuable information and resources to help educate groups about mental health and addiction. Our goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to make a positive impact on mental health in the communities we serve.

Community
Health Worker

Our goal is to incorporate a community health worker (CHW) is a trained specialist providing basic health education, health promotion, and disease prevention services to underserved or marginalized populations.

Alcohol/Drug Prevention
  • Increase awareness: Educating the community about the risks and consequences of alcohol/Drug abuse help reduce alcohol/drug consumption.

  • Provide access to resources: Offering support groups, counseling referrals and access to treatment facilities to help individuals struggling with alcohol/drug abuse to recover.

  • Build community partnerships: Partnering with community organizations, such as schools, churches, and youth groups, to help promote healthy behaviors and prevent alcohol/drug abuse.

By implementing these strategies, we help prevent alcohol/drug abuse in communities and promote a healthier and safer environment.

Clinical Behavioral Workforce Program
  • Internship Support: Scholarships, educational expenses, and supervision costs for students.

  • Graduate Incentives: Financial incentives paid every six months to encourage regional retention.

  • Comprehensive Coverage: Covers continuing education, licensing, testing, and clinical supervision costs.

  • Career Development: Ensures new professionals achieve clinical licensure and establish careers locally.

Mental Health Education

Creative and innovative mental health platforms that provide accessible mental health resources. Our DearDr.Becky youtube channel is dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to make meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
