Insight Matters Inc., a leading non-profit organization committed to improving mental and behavioral health in the Four Rivers rural communities, is excited to announce the appointment of Sarah Gross as its new Executive Director.
Sarah Gross brings over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, driving strategic initiatives for purpose-driven organizations. With a passion for mental health advocacy, Sarah is dedicated to amplifying Insight Matters’ mission by increasing community engagement and ensuring sustainable program growth through fundraising efforts.
“We are thrilled to have Sarah Gross lead our organization,” said Dr. Becky Wolery, President of Insight Matters Inc. “Her strong background in marketing and community-building, coupled with her deep commitment to mental health, makes her the perfect leader to help us expand our reach and deepen our impact.”
Before joining Insight Matters Inc., Sarah spearheaded membership acquisition at a leading health and wellness company and established the marketing department for Destination Caldwell and Indian Creek Plaza, a non-profit known for transforming public spaces and revitalizing local economies. Sarah holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Idaho and is certified in Google Analytics and Ads, Facebook Ads, and various data analysis programs.
As Executive Director, Sarah will focus on driving growth for Insight Matters Inc.’s programs, including drug misuse prevention, family support services, and mental health awareness campaigns. She will also lead efforts to build lasting partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

Sarah’s leadership marks a new chapter for Insight Matters Inc., which continues to expand its programs and secure funding for key initiatives, thanks in part to support from partners like the Idaho Department of Prevention and the St. Luke’s CHIF Fund.
