Drug Misuse Prevention Characters Featured on the Front Page of Argus Observer

We are excited to share that our beloved drug misuse prevention characters were recently featured on the front page of the Argus Observer in an article covering the vibrant Fruitland Family Fun Days event! The article, titled "Fun Day in Fruitland," highlights the community's family-oriented celebration and the important role our prevention characters play in engaging local families.

Our colorful and approachable characters were a hit with kids and adults alike, bringing an element of fun to our vital mission of preventing drug misuse in Payette County. These characters are part of Insight Matters Inc.'s larger information dissemination campaign, which aims to educate families about the risks of drug misuse, particularly among young people.

Thanks to a grant from the Idaho Department of Prevention and support in part from the St. Luke’s CHIF Fund, we are able to bring these prevention-focused efforts to life at community events like Fruitland Family Fun Days. Our goal is to provide engaging, accessible education that fosters awareness and action around the dangers of drug misuse in our community.

We are proud to see our work recognized on such a large platform and look forward to continuing our efforts to keep Payette County safe and informed. If you would like our prevention characters to attend your event, please email insightmattersinc@gmail.com
