Sarah Gross

Executive Director

Sarah brings over a decade of marketing and communications experience driving strategic initiatives for purpose-driven organizations. With a passion for mental health advocacy, she aims to amplify Insight Matters' mission by increasing community engagement and creating sustainable program growth through fundraising initiatives.

Previously, Sarah spearheaded membership acquisition at a leading health and wellness company and established the marketing department for the non-profit Destination Caldwell / Indian Creek Plaza. Sarah holds a B.S. in Marketing in addition to a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Idaho and is certified in Google Analytics and Ads, Facebook Ads, and multiple data analysis programs.
