Nancy Villicaña Vazquez

Nancy serves as the Community Outreach Specialist at Insight Matters Inc., where she helps bring prevention messages directly to the community through events, parades, and outreach booths. Whether she’s handing out resources or sparking conversations about mental health, Nancy is a trusted, familiar face at local gatherings across Payette County and Eastern Oregon.

A proud graduate of Payette High School and lifelong resident, Nancy is deeply committed to improving access to information and support for all families, especially within the Latino community. As a bilingual professional, she hopes to bridge the gap between the Spanish-speaking community and behavioral health education and resources.

Nancy also advises the Future Hispanic Leaders of America chapter at Payette High School and is pursuing her Community Health Worker certification through Idaho State University while working full time in the medical field. Her lived experience, leadership, and passion for representation make her a powerful advocate for youth and families in our community.
